MESSAGE FROM REGISTRAR
You are warmly welcome to the African University College of Communications (AUCC) Registry with open arms. We are proud and delighted to have you take a view of our administrative structure. In fact, we are the first prestigious University of communications in African.
The Registry
The Registrar is the Secretary to the Governing Council which is the highest decision body in charge of strategic direction and overall management of the University College; the Chief Administrative Officer; reports directly to the President and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the University College.
The Registrar ensures that the day-to-day campus operations and life are conducive to the development and progress of both students and staff as well as visitors to the University College.
Additionally, together with the Registry at AUCC, the Office of the Registrar is devoted to assisting the Deans and other Administrative Offices in their day-to-day activities.
The Registrar is in charge of the University Seal, Mace of Authority and the implementation of the policies of the University College. The policies include but not limited to:

The functions of the Registrar generally includes working closely with the following Directorate and Departments among others:
Academic Affairs Directorate:
The Academic Affairs Directorate is responsible for admissions, orientation, matriculation of students, issuance of attestation and students transcripts, scheduling of lecture and examination timetables and Examinations and Records of students and Graduation.
Human Resource Department
The Human Resource Department handles all academic and non-academic staff matters such as application for employment, promotions, performance management and appraisals, training and development, retirement and welfare matters.
Corporate Affairs/University Relations Department
This Department deals mainly with the internal and external media relations of the Institution.
Estates Department
The Estates Department on the other hand, addresses all the physical and infrastructural services as well as the assets management of the Institution.
Transport Office
This Department sees to matters relating to the fleets of vehicles in the University College.
