  • AUCC STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN TELEPHONIC RADIO CONFERENCE

Level 300 and 400 journalism students of AUCC participated in a nationwide radio telephonic conference on February 28, 2014. The conference was organized by U.S Embassy consular officers and Education U.S.A. officers to throw more light on all types of visas as well as to answer students’ questions on studying opportunities in the United States. The radio conference was held at the studios of AUCC’s Radio Discovery. Kudos to Mr. Sammy Ato Afful, Head, AUCC Radio Discovery, Mr.  Samuel Aidoo (I.T. Dept.) and Mr. Samuel Lancelot Boateng (L400 journalism student and presenter of “Up Close and Personal” radio show at Radio Discovery). Many thanks also to all those unseen faces who went the extra mile to make the radio telephonic conference possible. Other campus radio stations that took part in the nationwide radio telephonic conference included Radio Univers (campus radio station of the University of Ghana in Accra) and Focus FM (campus radio station of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi).
