  • AUCC WINS GUPS DEBATE

    AUCC won a debate organized by the Ghana Union of Professional Students (GUPS) as part of activities marking their annual week celebrations. AUCC was represented by Messrs. Felix Addo (L400) and Larry Musah Prince (L300). The debate was held on March 12, 2014, on the following three areas:

    • Should GETFund provide subventions for Private tertiary institutions?
    • Is the Cedi depreciation as a result of woefully inadequate regulatory measures?
    • Can Poor Rural Development be Attributed to Failed Public Private Partnership?

    he competing universities were AUCC,  the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) and the University for Professional Studies (UPS).
