Vice President's Biography
Dr. Sam Dapaah joined AUCC in 2007 with 32 years experience in Academia and Public Service. He holds PhD and MSc. Degrees in Agric. Economics from the University of Guelph in Canada and a BSc.(Hons)Degree in Agriculture from the University of Ghana, Legon. He taught at the Economics and Agricultural Economics Departments of the University of Ghana between 1975 and 1993.

He was the Chief Director of the Ghanaian Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA) from 1993 -2001 and also served on the Boards of several local and international organizations.

He has received several honours including : Commonwealth Scholarship(1977-1982), Best Director (MoFA,1987), Associate Member of Canadian and Aeronautic and Space Institute(CASI,1974) and Goodwill Ambassador of the State of Arkansas from former President Clinton when he was Governor of Arkansas(1987).
